Jenny began advocating for the special education rights of children while in law school in the Whittier Special Education Clinic. She continues to advocate for children with disabilities to obtain services and supports through school districts, regional centers and insurance companies. She represents clients’ interests during Individualized Education Program meetings, Individual Program Plan meetings and all stages of administrative hearings. Jenny is actively involved in the representation of regional center vendors in matters regarding vendorization and audits.
Jenny has obtained favorable results for clients on school district, regional center and insurance matters.
