Elizabeth has extensive experience working with parents of special needs children and assisting them in obtaining services from the regional center and school district. She has worked with families through every level of the process including representation at IEP and IPP team meetings, during settlement negotiations and in due process/fair hearing proceedings. In her position as a special education attorney with The Law Offices of Bonnie Z Yates, Elizabeth continues to advocate for the rights of children with disabilities.
