A Message from Bonnie Z. Yates
I have been a lawyer since 1984 and I have practiced in a variety of areas including administrative and governmental law, criminal and juvenile law and general civil litigation.
I began learning about education law in 1994 shortly after my middle child, Nicholas was diagnosed with autism. During that time, I learned first hand about the disorienting process of negotiating for services on behalf of my child.
Fortunately, my son got excellent help and was able to graduate in the top ten percent of his high school class and continue on to a 4 year college. He posts from time to time on our website.
This experience and the experience of my clients informs what I do every day. My mission is to introduce parents to effective services as quickly as possible so their child can improve as quickly as possible. This is as critical as any other type of emergency medical care.
All of my staff is carefully selected with this objective in mind and we work as a unified team with complementary strengths to achieve your goals. We are proud of the results we achieve and equally proud that we are prompt and professional in our dealings with everyone.
