A.A. vs. Orange County Regional Center
Affirming parent's right to reimbursement for behavior intervention services privately provided when Regional Center repeatedly failed to respond to parent's request for assistance, and then denied assistance.

J.C. vs. Orange County Regional Center
Decisive ruling ordering RCOC to revamp its illegal internal policies that resulted in unfair denial of treatment services for a child with autism; and also ordering RCOC to reimburse parents for costs of intensive behavior intervention they provided when RCOC denied the services.

M.D. vs. Orange County Regional Center
RCOC ordered to fund prospective behavior therapy and to reimburse parents for costs for school- and home-based intensive behavior intervention that the family was forced to privately fund  when the public school district refused to provide appropriate services.

Benjamin G. vs. Long Beach Unified School District
Court of Appeals ruling, firmly establishing the precedent that a school district cannot deny a family the right to have their private expert observe an educational placement that the District has proposed for the child. Before this decision, school districts frequently obstructed observations in order to prevent families from obtaining evidence for due process hearings to show that the district's proposed program was not
appropriate for their child.

Evan Z. vs. Harbor Regional Center
Decision ordering Harbor Regional Center to reimburse the family of a child with autism costs for Applied Behavior Intervention services that were privately funded, when HRC denied assistance.
